We recently learned that The Cambridge World History of Medical Ethics, edited by professors Baker and McCullough, recieved the "Choice Magazine Outstanding Reference Academic Magazine Award 2009 " 
 This selective award is issued in January to titles that meet certain review criteria e.g. "overall excellence in presentation and quality". Choice Magazine is the journal of academic libraries.
