Pregnancy: How Should the State Respond?" at the University of Illinois, Chicago Circle.
April 13, at a symposium on the ethics of human enhancement held at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
Amy Campbell,JD., Health Law Professor:
In Nov 2009,
she presented at the Brocher Foundation Workshop,
"Beyond the Embryo: Transnational, Transdisciplinary
and Translational Perspectives on Stem Cell Research" in Geneva,
Switzerland (an international workshop).�
An invited "Young Scholar", her presentation was entitled,
"Suggestions for a Transnational Policymaking Framework to Guide Stem
Cell Research and Resolve Conflicts"
Amy also has
several pending publications.
Robert
Swidler, ESQ.,� recently
participated, with Alicia Ouelette, JD., moderating,� in two �Conversations� published in the NYSBA
Health Law Journal regarding End of Life decisions and Hospital Discharges.
