James W. Fossett is Associate Professor of Public Administration and Public Health at the University at Albany and a Senior Fellow at the Rockefeller Institute of Government. He holds an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and a PhD in political science from the University of Michigan. His research deals with the governance and financing of embryonic stem cell research.
